In the two pictures, students are preparing for a group presentation. In Picture A, one student is sitting alone at a table with piles of books and notes. He looks tired because he seems to be doing most of the work by himself. The other group members are nearby, but they are not really involved. Some are chatting, and one is checking the time. In Picture B, the same students are working together. They sit around one table, share materials, discuss their ideas, and check their progress. Everyone has a clear role, so the atmosphere is calmer and more efficient. I think cooperation is very important in group projects. A report is not just a chance to get a grade; it also teaches us how to listen, communicate, and take responsibility. In junior high school, I once joined a science project. At first, we did not divide the work clearly, so two classmates collected the same information and no one prepared the slides. Later, we made a simple schedule and decided what each person should do from the beginning of the project. The project became easier, and we trusted one another more. Good teamwork does not mean that everyone does the same thing. It means that each member does his or her part and keeps the whole group in mind.
